What this site collects.
This page describes only what the tryferrule.com website does. It is not a description of how data is handled inside the Ferrule platform — that is covered by the agreement a workspace runs under.
The walkthrough form
If you submit the form on the home page, it collects the name, company, work email address, the option you pick from the “which are you?” list, and any message you type into it. Your IP address is included with the submission so we can investigate abuse.
Submissions are transmitted to a function running on Cloudflare’s network, which sends them to sales@tryferrule.com through Brevo, our transactional email provider. We use the email address you provide to reply to your request.
Spam protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a check in your browser to distinguish people from automated traffic, and by a hidden field that only automated submissions tend to fill in. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare and loads a script from challenges.cloudflare.com.
Third parties
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Fonts, styles, images, and scripts are served from this domain — the only third-party request your browser makes is to Cloudflare Turnstile. Brevo is called by the server after you submit, not by your browser.
The code that handles your submission does not store it. It checks the submission is complete, confirms it is not automated, and hands it to Brevo for delivery — nothing is written to a database or kept on this website. Brevo’s own handling of the data is covered by their privacy policy.
We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
Your request arrives as an email in our inbox, and that is where it stays. We keep walkthrough requests until the walkthrough has happened or 90 days have passed, whichever comes first, then delete them, unless you become a customer or ask to stay in touch.
Asking us to delete it
Email sales@tryferrule.com and ask us to delete your request. We will remove it from our mailbox and confirm once it is done.
